Join our official Bee Sober, Bee Fit and Healthy Running Club.
Each Saturday morning we will be doing a 5k run (so you can fit this in with Park Run if you do it) for everyone to join. 5k is the goal so run or walk anything from 1k upwards until you reach the 5k goal, then work on your time.
We will ask you to track your runs in the running group on Strava, and share your pics in the Bee Fit and Healthy Facebook group.
