I’m Anna, recently returned to live in Cumbria, from Spain where I decided to become sober after realizing my drinking was getting out of hand, never just someone to have just one or two glasses.

I have two wonderful daughters and some lovely grandchildren, as well as our lovely two dogs and three cats.

I was lucky to meet a fantastic group of people when I first started my sober journey who have always been there for me, I know without them it would have been so hard to not reach for a drink.

Having that connection with other people on this journey is so important, and I would love to do the same for other people and have fun too.
