The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Bee Sober Coach shall offer a coaching service, in connection with Bee Sober operating through The Bee Sober Official Website and only if qualified as a Bee Sober Coach.

The Bee Sober Brand

As a Bee Sober Coach, you are representing the Bee Sober brand and its ethos. We expect all our coaches to be sober themselves, we also ask that they do not encourage, advocate or discuss alcohol as a stress-reliever during any meetings.

Please also encourage clients to take part in our Bee Sober support services to maintain and establish sobriety, for example, Bee Sober Membership, drop-in lounges, sober support lounges, group coaching services and our 30-day Sober Experiment.

As a Bee Sober Coach you will be expected to operate in line with the Bee Sober Coaching Ethical Standards.

As a Bee Sober Coach, you will not be permitted to sell your own products to our Members if they pose a conflict of interest.  This includes (but is not limited to) sobriety/accountability challenges, sober coaching, other services that Bee Sober offers. If a Bee Sober Member wishes to purchase or join any of your charged coaching products/services, you can either offer a Bee Sober duplicate event on our website whereby 25% is automatically donated to Bee Sober or if the member books with you directly, you are expected to donate 25% back to the Bee Sober community through our donation page on the website.  You must also communicate this with us at your earliest convenience to avoid any unnecessary action or misunderstandings occuring.

Communications Agreement

We agree to post your listing on our Bee Sober website with the information you provide us.  We ask for £55 initial fee to cover the cost of the website development for your listing and an annual renewal fee of £50 for your continued listing fee.  All appointments and clients sourced via our website should be booked through us.  We therefore ask that you provide specific availability information to us so we can set up a booking form.

When a client books a session, we will contact you with the details, please feel free to contact the client at this point with your introduction and to arrange their care.

Each appointment made (including on-going appointments from the introduction) will be paid via our payment system and you will invoice us monthly, on the first working day of each month for your fee.  Bee Sober CIC will charge £10 or 25% (whichever is greater) per client and per appointment made so please take this into consideration when setting out your fee.  Our fee will also be for any ongoing appointments from the point of introduction and clients should not ever be taken on as a personal client.  If found to do so, your listing will be removed and our contract will be severed immediately.

Any referrals coming via Bee Sober or Bee Sober members (regardless of whether your referred client is a member or not) must also be directed to payment through our website, please remember this helps us to build our community fund.

The coach agrees to these terms of payment and will honour the ongoing agreement for invoicing and payment and agrees that any coach:client relationship established through Bee Sober will be honoured as such throughout the term of the coaching thereafter.

We ask all our coaches to agree to charging the standard hourly fee for clients booking through our website and half price for our paying monthly members.  All our coaches offer single sessions, blocks of three and blocks of six.  This is to ensure all our coaches have access to the same pool of potential clients and all clients are able to make their choice based purely on the coaches attributes, rather than price.
