Hi, my name is Olivia! I am 27 years old and sober. I am happily married and have a beautiful daughter, and I can't forget about my two cats! My relationship with alcohol began when I was 17 years old. From sneaking off to the park with friends to get drunk in a field, to not getting home after a night out until 8 am the next day... I heavily relied on alcohol in social situations, and felt I needed it to feel more myself. I decided alcohol wasn't my friend. I would binge on alcohol a lot, and would never know my limit. I knew alcohol was becoming a problem when it was costing me more than money and health.
Since giving up alcohol, I am present for myself and for my loved ones. I have more time, energy and happiness, and I hope to help others along their sober journey too! I am so passionate about sobriety, and I get so much joy sharing my story with others. Here's to sobriety!
