We have a monthly, online book club and we'd love you to join us!
It's a lovely, cosy hour together on Zoom to chat about our favourite 'quit lit' memoirs, fiction, and books that inspire us.
Some of the books we've enjoyed so far include: Dry by Augusten Burroughs, Glorious Rock Bottom by Bryony Gordon, Rachel's Holiday by Marian Keyes, Shuggie Bain by Douglas Stuart, We Are The Luckiest by Laura McKowen, and Wild by Cheryl Strayed. We've also had special guests join us for book club, including the brilliant Clare Pooley who talked to us about sobriety, writing, and publishing her memoirs (The Sober Diaries) and novel (The Authenticity Project).
If you love the idea of a book club but are less keen on the wine that often accompanies them, this is the one for you! It's a safe, sober space full of great conversation.
Q: When is it?
Third Monday of the month, 7.30-8.30pm on Zoom
Q: How will I know what the book is each month?
