Alex and Lisa have been best friends since high school. They drank together for nearly 30 years before experimenting with a sober lifestyle that immediately became a permanent fixture.

Our podcast started out with the two of us sat in Lisa’s wardrobe recording our conversations. We have been lucky enough to interview some of the most renowned sober authors and influencers across the globe and have many more interesting guests lined up for you. Our Podcast is a little different, we like to keep it real, raw and still unedited to this day. Join us for tears, emotion, and some hilarious laugh out loud moments!
