After getting Sober, I started to become much more conscious about other areas of my health and wellbeing, including fitness. I have always loved swimming, running and going to the gym, but I wanted to do more with this and realised that working out was not only good for my body, confidence and physical health but also massively important for my mental health. So, when the opportunity to change career arose, I decided to train as a PT alongside offering Bee Sober Coaching. Our Bee Fit sessions for the Bee Sober community have really helped our members to be able build healthy coping mechanisms in the same way as it has helped me.
I now offer sessions for individuals and small groups.
