Hi, i'm Gemma.

I love my sober life so much I want to help as many people as I can to create a life that they will turn up to and be fully present in, every single day!!

I have worked closely with addiction for almost 11 years and am now a fully certified Bee Sober Coach accredited with the IPHM and I am also currently studying NLP, Reiki and addiction counselling.

So let's get started on creating a life you will love.......because you will never smash a glass ceiling with a glass in your hand.
