Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Bee Sober may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Lounges and Drop-ins
We do not offer refunds for any of the pay as you go lounges or drop-ins, however these can be rearranged.
Merchandise
All our merchandise is made to order so we can not replace items that are ordered incorrectly, to cancel or change your order you must email us at within 24 hours of placing your order. We are happy to replace faulty items but it will be your responsibility to pay for return postage.
Subscriptions & Membership
a) Your Pay Monthly Membership Agreement has a minimum term called a Minimum Period, which is for 12 months. By joining our monthly subscription, you are therefore agreeing to make payments for 12 months from the start date. After the Minimum Period, you can end the Agreement by giving us 30 days' Notice (unless any other statutory or regulatory rules apply). Please note the ownness is on the member to inform us of any necessary changes such as new email address or contact details, Bee Sober CIC accepts no responsibility for emails not being received.
b) If making payment via monthly subscription then your payments are deducted automatically from Stripe each year on renewal. We do send reminders beforehand but do not guarantee that you will get a reminder. Please note that should you wish to cancel your subscription then you should do this at least 7 days before payment is due or at the time you receive your reminder, normally 10 days before payment is taken.
Please note the ownness is on the member to inform us of any necessary changes such as new email address or contact details, Bee Sober CIC accepts no responsibility for emails not being received by the member but will send a copy of our Bee Sober reminder email sent to you on request. Once your subscription is cancelled your details will be removed from our database, you will be removed from the Member’s-only Facebook group, will no longer have access to any of the Member benefits and will be removed from the Member’s Newsletter. You will still receive our monthly newsletter unless you unsubscribe.
If monthly payments are not made on time Bee Sober has the right to request the full balance outstanding. It is important to make your payments on the date stated, once agreed and if you have any difficulty then you should contact us immediately.
Unless specified otherwise, if you want to end the Agreement during the Minimum Period or we end this Agreement as a result of your material breach, then you will have to pay an Early Termination Charge which amounts to no more than your Monthly Subscription Charges multiplied by the number of months left in your Minimum Period
c) Examples of Early Termination Charges
Example: You have joined Bee Sober on the Monthly Subscription Membership, for £24.99 per month and after two months you wish to cancel. This means you’ll pay an Early Termination Charge for the remaining 10 months of your contract. which gives an Early Termination Charge of £249.90
d) We may end the Agreement if you don't pay any Charges that are due or if you’re bankrupt. We can also end the Agreement if we reasonably believe the Membership is being misused: fraudulently, illegally, in a way that harms our reputation, or to cause annoyance (among other things).

When you purchase any of our products and services, you fund the community work Bee Sober can offer - we also make an annual donation to Nacoa.
