I wasn't sure I needed a group in the early days - surely I just needed to stop drinking, right? But turns out solo sobriety is pretty lonely so I gave Bee Sober a go after loving their podcasts and now I couldn't do without it! The fitness sessions helped me get back in shape and feel confident, the zooms are so friendly and grounding, and the support and positivity in the Facebook group are incredible.
