Working with a Bee Academy Certified Sober Coach is like having an objective third-party who isn’t restricted by your mind’s limitations. Instead, they can assess and analyze your problems and look at them from a new perspective that you couldn’t have realised on your own. Our coaching works with you to create a personalised programme that works to deconstruct your limiting beliefs, hold you accountable during your journey, and builds upon the first step of quitting drinking.  Support through the first stage is the most vital as we help you to start your journey of self-discovery.  With sobriety comes creativity and innovation, without doubt you will want to stretch your new sober legs, question your new-found abilities and we can help you to push through your doubts to build the life of your dreams.

We have been where you are.  We have battled with anxiety, miscarriage, divorce, marriage, raising children, stressful professional lives and have come out shining on the other side.  We had a love-hate relationship with alcohol.  Loving the way it made us feel after one or two, fearing giving it up forever, hating the hold it had over us – hating our inability to moderate.  With our experience, you WILL succeed without the pain.

Our coaching is for many different types of drinker but we can't help everyone. Our coaching probably isn't for you if:

The Group coaching with Alex was fantastic. What I love about Julie’s coaching is her in depth knowledge of the science around alcohol, the effects upon us and what to expect at each stage of recovery. I had health coaching with Phil to talk about my issues with craving sugar and how it is hindering my weight loss.  I found it really useful and have agreed to a couple of actions, including intermittent fasting and I am also working towards going back onto a Keto lifestyle which has worked for me in the past.  Phil helped me to understand the impact that snacking is having on my blood glucose levels, insulin levels and how this is hindering weight loss.  Thanks Phil, I will be booking more!
