Combat Your Stress Response Workshop

Do you find everyday life events can leave you feeling a bit frazzled and craving relief in the form of a drink? Maybe the cravings for alcohol have stopped but you don't know how to get relief from these feelings?

What if the craving you think you are experiencing isn't a craving at all, but a symptom of an elevated stress response that you don't yet have the tools to deal with?

For just £25 and 90-minutes of your time, this workshop will transform your the way you deal with stress, for life!

Join Bee Sober Head Coach, Alex, for this informative and interactive workshop where we will learn all about the science behind your stress response and how to counter it.

During this 90-minute workshop, which will take place via Zoom, we will look at the processes your body goes through during times of stress, and how we can use these responses to bring about relaxation, taking us from survival mode to healthy mode in a few easy steps.

By the end of the workshop you will understand the stress response, the relaxation response and how to work with this to help you deal with stress and anxiety in your everyday life, including takeaway tools and tips for health.

Here's what participants say:

"Great workshop Alexandria Walker, thank you.

It was so interesting, I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to help manage stress better.

There really are so many ways of relaxing your mind & body. It's about doing it every day and making it part of your life. We go to the gym etc, but don't always think to look after our minds. I'm going to start treating my mind as a priority!"

"I thought it was so so interesting, an outstanding workshop thanks Alex!!! I've got loads from it and lots of things I can try and play around with, feeling calmer (and almost, dare I say it, excited...?!! ) about going home for Christmas tomorrow already knowing I've got some tools ready to go and I have a better understanding of what my body is doing and how to help it!!"
